  • Once Goods supplied are considered as Sold and shall not be taken back.
  • Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days once the order is confirmed.
  • We remain closed on Saturdays.
  • All disputes are subject to Pratapgarh JURISDICTION

Shipping And Packing

DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to ensure all of the products are delivered within 4-6 business days of your order. SMS and Email are sent on the date of delivery – the exact time of delivery cannot be predicted.

At NUTRIEATS.IN we ship your products from different parts of the country with utmost care to ensure freshness and delivery in a proper condition. We pick most of the products ONLY after you place the order.

However, in certain situations, we will not be able to deliver within 4-6 days. Any extraordinary delay would be intimated to you separately.

NUTRIEATS.IN reserves the right to cancel any order, if the delivery location is blacklisted in our delivery system – the amount paid by the customer will be duly refunded

Packaging

All products will have the original packaging of the Brand with some protective packing.

NUTRIEATS provides only a branded delivery box in which the original packs are put inside.

All major cities in India.

Delivery Charges

The price displayed includes the packing and handling at each product level (between 0-20%).

NO Cash on Delivery service available.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations of the orders are Not Allowed once confirmed. Once the orders are sent out for picking up they cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Our products are perishable and hence we cannot use the products in case orders are canceled. We request customers to note that they are liable to make the full payment for orders that have been procured based on their order. Refusal of delivery is also not allowed and the consumer would still be liable to make the payment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As we source all products only based on your order to ensure 100% freshness of the products we are confident that the products which you have received will taste great. Since we pick up the products ONLY based on confirmed orders, we cannot accept any returns.

All Brands that we curate have a track record of zero complaints on quality.

We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages.

In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action.

However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In the unlikely event of this being the case, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product.

Free cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation
No refund will be processed for order cancellation after 24 hours of confirmation.
