We strive for accuracy; prices/offers/stock/packaging may change. Images are representative. Prices in INR; GST as indicated at checkout.

Your order is an offer; acceptance occurs on dispatch. We may refuse/cancel (fraud risk, stock, pricing errors, regulatory issues). Quantity limits may apply.

4) Payment

Estimated timelines is 5-7 Days (Excluded Holidays); delays may occur. Risk passes on delivery to your address/designated recipient.

8) User-generated content (UGC) & reviews

By submitting UGC, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license for marketing/operational use and warrant you own the content.

We aren’t responsible for third-party websites/apps/gateways; review their policies.

Amla products are food/edibles; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Read labels and check allergens; consult professionals when needed.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrieats is not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages; aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nutrieats for losses arising from your breach/misuse.

13) Governing law & jurisdiction
