Refund and Returns Policy
Because our products are food/consumables, we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
1) Order cancellation
Before dispatch: Email info@nutrieats.in
or call +91 63890 48000 for a full refund to the original payment method.After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery only for damaged, leaked, or wrong items.
2) Returns & exchanges
Accepted only if the package is damaged/leaking, wrong, expired, or missing.
Conditions: request within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and order ID; item must be unused and sealed in original packaging. Reverse pickup or ship-back (charges reimbursed if approved).
3) Refund timelines
Initiated within 3–5 business days after validation; banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect. Refunds go to the original payment method; COD via NEFT/UPI.
4) Non-returnable / non-refundable
Opened/tampered food items, clearance/final sale (unless damaged/wrong/expired), free gifts/samples.
5) Incorrect address / failed delivery
If returned due to incorrect address/unreachable phone/failed attempts, we can reship (extra shipping may apply). Refunds, if any, may exclude shipping/handling.
6) Damages in transit
Refuse visibly damaged parcels and notify us immediately. If accepted, share unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours.
